ACTRESS Olivia Munn and comedian John Mulaney have quietly tied the knot over the weekend.
The couple had a very low-key ceremony at a friend’s home in New York, sources told People.

Olivia, 44, and John, 41, share share a 2-year-old son named Malcolm Hiệp.
Mulaney was previously married to Anna Marie Tendler from 2014 to 2022.
This marks the first marriage for Olivia.
According to the outlet, the wedding was a “simple, intimate ceremony at a friend’s home in New York.
Only their son and a witness were reportedly in attendance.
DIFFICULT PREGNANCY JOURNEY
The news comes four months after Munn opened up in March about her breast cancer diagnosis.
“In the past ten months I have had four surgeries, so many days spent in bed I can’t even count and have learned more about cancer, cancer treatment and hormones than I ever could have imagined,” she shared in a March Instagram post.
She had her eggs frozen for future IVF procedures before she had a hysterectomy, as chemotherapy and radiation can affect one’s fertility.
“After my diagnosis, we decided to try one more round of egg retrievals and hoped it was a good month,” she told Vogue on Mother’s Day.
She also revealed at that time that she had tried the procedure on three different occasions during her 30s and two years ago.
“John and I talked about it a lot, and we don’t feel like we’re done growing our family but we didn’t know if I would have to do chemotherapy or radiation,” she added.
Ultimately, doctors retrieved seven eggs from the procedure, though their viability was still unsure.
Given her age range, Olivia shared that only about one in 10 eggs typically yields a healthy embryo.
“A few hours later, we got the call from my doctor. He shared that we had two healthy embryos,” the actress recalled.
“John and I just started crying. It was just so exciting because not only did we get it in one retrieval, but it also meant that I didn’t have to keep putting myself at risk. It was just amazing,” Olivia said.
RING PHOTO SPARKS RUMORS
In June, John posted and deleted a photo of him wearing a ring on his ring finger, sparking rumors they were engaged or already wed.
In the Instagram upload, the comedian ate a baked potato beside the couple’s son – while wearing a silver band on his ring finger.
After deleting the sweet snap, the actor replaced it with pictures of himself and Malcolm playing with bubble wrap on a floor.
He did not include a caption but tagged their location as “Father’s Day.”

‘SO OBSESSED’
Munn and Mulaney have been together for three years following his split from his ex-wife of seven years.
The pair were photographed together for the first time in June 2021 but kept details about their relationship private.
In September 2021, Mulaney confirmed that Munn was expecting their first child, who was born in November of that year.
In a 2015 interview with HuffPost, she talked about her first awkward conversations with Mulaney, whom she met at a wedding two years before.
“We were at a wedding together and I was like, ‘ Oh, my gosh, do you and your fiancée want to go have dinner or something and go hang out?” she said at the time.
“At first, it was cool, and then I kept going up to him at the wedding like, ‘So, you having fun?’ I was just so obsessed with hanging out with and talking with him.”
“He never emailed back,” Munn joked. “I might’ve got the wrong email, probably. That’s what I tell myself.”
The pair stayed in touch, and eventually, a romance sparked.
TRICKY TIMELINE
Munn and Mulaney made their public debut in January 2024 during the Governors Awards red carpet in Los Angeles.
However, the couple’s first public outing sparked controversy on social media.
Photos of the couple were posted to a pop culture Reddit board, where fans weighed in on the controversy surrounding how the pair began dating.
He was accused of cheating on his ex-wife with the actress as the timeline of their romance overlapped with them still being married.
One critic wrote, “The fact that she was after him at a wedding he was at with Anna (they were engaged) and emailed him after because she was ‘obsessed with hanging out and talking to him.’ I will never like them.”
In 2021, the Chicago native finally returned to the stage with a stand-up routine at New York’s City Winery following a public rehab stint.
That same day, the news went viral that John had decided to divorce his wife, Anna.
The choice was not mutual, as the makeup artist told People, “I am heartbroken that John has decided to end our marriage. I wish him support and success as he continues his recovery.”
Much of John’s previous acclaimed standup specials, including New In Town, featured him talking about never wanting to have children with his ex-Anna.
Olivia, who starred in the movie X-Men Apocolypse and the TV show The Newsroom, dated quarterback Aaron Rodgers from 2014 to 2017.
