Noémie Happart in Two-Piece Workout Gear "Highlights the Woman"

Noémie Happart is celebrating the power of women – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer and founder of Rebelle fitness, discusses how her “concept” gym “highlights the woman, who takes care of her inside and out, who listens to her, who pushes her limits,” she writes. “Thank you to everyone who makes this project what it is today: Strong and Valuable 🤍 We follow and admire you everyday! Big shout out to my coaches who do an amazing job and so rigorous! Couldn’t have come across a better team.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

The best formula for health is diet plus fitness, says Noémie. “I always felt in tune with eating well, taking care of my body, ultimately being healthy. We only have one life, only one body, and we have to take care of it. And, I’m obviously a sports fan. Every day, I need to train, and it’s this love of sport that I want to pass on,” she added to Meatballs.

Noémie makes sure to hydrate. Here she is drinking out of a coconut. “Coconut please,” she captioned a photo from vacation in Mauritius. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Noémie shared her “daily healthy routine after a few weeks of stress, changes, moving,” on social media. Her is what she does:

– minimum 1 hour of exercise a day (“for my body and my mental,” she writes)

– cooking fresh produce

– drink 2.5 liters of water a day

– make slots to work on current projects and other slots for future projects

– devote all the rest of my time to my family (“my oxygen,” she adds)

Noémie also enjoys boxing. “Hitting the bag is my therapy,” she writes about one of the slides. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Noémie explains to Meatballs Magazine why women’s only fitness is important. “The relationship with the body is already complicated enough that in addition to the way we look at it and that of other women (even if no one judges here), we have to endure the way men look at it as well. This is the first reason Re-Belle exists. The second is that we want coaches who understand us with adapted exercises,” she says.
