NINA Dobrev has vowed never to ride a dirt bike again after a painful accident that left her hospitalized with a neck and leg injury.
The Vampire Diaries star shared the scary news on Monday as she was rushed to the emergency room.

Nina, 35, learned her lesson, according to a new post on her Instagram Stories Tuesday.
The actress wrote, “I think it’s safe to say my first time on a dirt bike will also be my last,” in white text on a black background.
SCARY ACCIDENT
The Canadian star’s vow followed her shocking dirt bike accident on Monday, which left her injured and in the hospital.
Nina shared photos while lying down in patient care wearing a blue gown and hooked up to an IV.
Her left leg was wrapped in a long black cast, and she wore a neckbrace that stretched from her chin to her collarbone.
The CW star also added a snap from before her accident as she first climbed onto the dirt bike.
Nina posed on the black vehicle wearing a black and white matching set with a sweater over the top.
She added black sunglasses, white ankle socks, and white sneakers to the look as she prepared to ride.
The TV star’s iconic brunette hair was styled straight with bangs, though she didn’t appear to be wearing a helmet in the shot.
“How it started vs how it’s going,” she wrote alongside an injured emoji in the caption.
Nina also posted a selfie from the same hospital bed on her Instagram Stories, as she made a sad face to the camera.
On a plain black background, she wrote on another slide, “I’m okay, but it’s going to be a long road of recovery ahead,” with another injured emoji and a heart with a bandage emoji.

Fans were shocked by The Originals star’s accident, rushing to the comments section of her post to offer their wishes for her recovery.
“Nina your outdoor privileges have been revoked!” one laughed.
“Are you okay, Nina I love you,” a second shared.
“Oh no! Heal quickly,” a third hoped.

DAREDEVIL LOVE
Nina has been dating former professional snowboarder and skateboarder Shaun White, 37, since 2020 after first meeting one another in 2012.
The pair went official when the actress shared a photo of herself online while giving the athlete a quarantine haircut.
In January 2022, the Olympic gold medalist told People, “Nina’s just been so supportive and amazing through this whole process for me.”
“Through the pandemic, she was a lifesaver — she really made that time in my life special.”
The couple is regularly spotted on the slopes and engaging in high-energy outdoor sports, as Nina also grew up skiing and snowboarding.
“I think [White] was more surprised when we went [snowboarding] for the first time,” she previously told E! News’ Daily Pop.
“He was expecting to wait for me and it was quite the opposite. I had already passed him by a landslide … I can keep up!”
