New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival Shares Daily Schedules and Further Details

One month out from its kick-off, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has shared the “cube” schedule for its 2024 presentation, tidily distributing the event’s sprawling artist lineup across stages and time slots for intuitive experience planning. From April 25-28 and May 2-5, the 50-plus year tradition will draw more than 5,000 artists and 500,000 fans to the Big Easy for two incomparable weekends of music, community, culture and so much more. This year will mark the debut of the iconic festival’s new eight-day format, adding a first Thursday for two balanced four-day frames.

Beyond the names and featured artists for the festival’s 14 distinct stages, this latest dispatch also includes a range of highlights from the festival’s arts offerings and lauded Cultural Exchange Pavilion, the complete list of food vendors and menu items and the site map, which plots the event’s myriad attractions around the historic Fair Grounds Race Course. This release builds on the anticipation generated by the full artist lineup and daily lineups, which arrived over a month apart earlier this year.

Jazzfest 2024 boasts a leading performance from The Rolling Stones, a billing so legendary that the band has assumed its own tier in the festival’s promotional material. Foo Fighters, Chris Stapleton, Neil Young + Crazy Horse, The Killers, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nations, Hozier and Vampire Weekend comprise the festival’s other headliners. Jam scene favorites poised to perform include Widespread Panic, The Allman Betts Band, Béla Fleck – My Bluegrass Heart, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Allison Russell, Samantha Fish, Nickel Creek and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
