Joti opened up about her fitness and diet in an interview. She says that one thing she likes to do is play soccer. “I’ve been playing soccer twice a week for many years, but I don’t consider it training because it’s matches and I do it for pleasure, because I like to play ball. But a year ago, in January 2017, I started training with Fausto from Epo Training and I got a lot of vibe.”
Joti makes sure to eat healthy. In the same interview, she talked about what foods she tries to avoid. “I have noticed more changes in recent times because I began to accompany the training with diets and a healthy diet because, although I do not eat vegetables, I try to to avoid fried food and flour, which is what makes you fatter.”
Joti shares a lot of her workouts on her Instagram. And according to them, she doesn’t skip leg day. One of Joti’s favorite type of exercises is squats. In this set of videos, she is seen doing different kinds of squats, including lunges and squat jumps. Squats are a great exercise to build leg muscles.
Joti likes to workout her entire body. She even does full-body exercises. One of these exercises she likes doing is burpees. Joti likes to use different pieces of equipment when she works out. One thing she likes to use is a resistance band. In the same set of workout videos, Joti is seen doing squats and diagonal walks with the band. A study was done to see how resistance bands and training can affect how people workout.
