N3on explained he wants to move away from trolling people and farming for content, as he’s looking to take his career in a more positive direction.
In an interview with Complex on March 11, popular Kick streamer N3on revealed his intentions to move away from the controversial content that initially brought him fame.
Reflecting on his earlier content, N3on admitted to focusing on trolling and “farming” for attention, a strategy he believes attracted negativity and limited his potential for long-term success.
“Honestly before, I was just on the streets messing around, trolling people, just farming what I could,” he said. “But I realized that’s not what brings you long-term success. It just brings you hate. It doesn’t get me to where I want to be.”
The streamer explained that he’s shifting his focus to collaborations and pursuing content that aligns with his personal passions, particularly sports.
He’s begun working with high-profile athletes like UFC fighters, NBA players, and NFL stars: “So I just started tapping into like, just hitting up UFC fighters, NBA players, NFL players, boxers, and playing their sport with them because that’s my passion. Especially basketball, so now I am able to go around basketball players, it’s like my dream.”
N3on wants to change people’s perception of him
The streamer also spoke about his efforts to showcase a more authentic side of himself: “Tapping into other things where people will see a different side of me, not just the side of me just trolling, messing around, and just being like a jacka**, you know?”
N3on went on to acknowledge the difficulty of overcoming his reputation and changing public perception. “When you do it so much, it starts to become what people really think about you,” he said.
“It’s hard to change people’s minds. But once you steer it into their head that you’re really not that person, you’re changing, then you see a big difference.”
Lately, N3on has been making amends with fellow creators. In January, Adin Ross resolved his feud with him, claiming the streamer has finally “matured.”
