Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has three of the top 10 most-liked YouTube videos, outperforming content like the Baby Shark Dance and even popular music videos.
MrBeast’s insane YouTube career peaked yet again after he took the spot for the most-liked YouTube video on the platform.
In December 2022, MrBeast posted a YouTube Short titled, ‘Would You Fly To Paris For A Baguette?’ The video, which was less than a minute long, racked up 54.77M likes and 1.4B views.
During the viral video, MrBeast asked multiple people if they’d travel to Paris for $300, trip included, to bring him back a fresh French baguette.
One willing participant took the bait and was instantly flown to Paris, where he embarked on a journey to get the YouTuber one of the best baguettes he could find.
Though MrBeast asked for just one loaf, the participant ordered 12 baguettes. “I hope MrBeast is hungry!” he said.
He then flew back to North Carolina, where the YouTuber was waiting for his pastry. After handing over the goods, MrBeast gave the participant a wad of cash for his involvement.
MrBeast created three of the top 10 most-liked YouTube videos
The YouTube Short amassed so many views that it surpassed some of the best-performing videos on the platform, such as the music video for ‘Despacito’ by Luis Fonsi ft. Daddy Yankee (54.45M) and Baby Shark Dance (44.91M).
MrBeast also has two additional videos on the top 10 list of most-liked YouTube videos: Giving iPhones Instead Of Candy on Halloween (39.34M) and Katana Vs Bullet (35.85M).
The YouTuber’s latest accolade is just one of many. In 2024, he was the highest-paid content creator on YouTube, earning a projected $85M per year.
This February, though, MrBeast’s alleged monthly revenue from his main channel was leaked. The numbers indicated he made $4.2M between January 20 and February 15. Though he hasn’t confirmed or denied the figures, a close member of MrBeast’s team said the number was “close enough.”
He also has several other means of income including Feastables, MrBeast Burger, and Lunchly. Additionally, the YouTuber hosted Beast Games on Prime and has multiple YouTube channels dedicated to his dealings and entrepreneurship, helping him reach his near-$100M YouTube profit.
