Hailey Clauson is celebrating her anniversary – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while honoring her big day. “The most beautiful way to celebrate being together for 10 years🥹💍 I love you so much @jullienherrera ❤️ Thank you for being you😍,” she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Hailey maintains a healthy diet and spends a lot of time in the kitchen. “I’m always on the go. But cooking my own food is fun, and it’s a good way to make sure I’m getting proper nutrition,” she told People. For breakfast she has Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal, with almond butter, bananas, blueberries and cinnamon and a cup of green tea for breakfast. Her favorite post-workout snack is Fairlife chocolate milk. Lunch is a salad with cranberries, walnuts, beets, apples, goat cheese and balsamic dressing paired with water with lemon. In the afternoon she has a green juice with kale, cucumber, green apple, and lemon. Dinner is salmon and asparagus with quinoa for dinner.
Hailey enjoys fighting her way to a hot body. “My current favorite workout is boxing,” she told People. “I box for cardio and toning five or six times a week. It’s a great way to relieve stress. I always leave my sessions feeling empowered.” Why should you box? According to Harvard Health it is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
Hailey drink 101 ounces of bottled water daily. “I never leave the house without a water bottle in hand,” she told People. “I drink about six bottles every day.” According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Hailey finds “simple ways to eat clean.” But she does have a few favorite cheat meals: Barbecue and nachos. “This is my job,” she told People about staying in shape. “But what girl doesn’t love a cheeseburger? You can’t deprive yourself of what you love.”
Strength training is Hailey’s go-to workout. “I lift weights. It sounds like a manly thing, but at the end of the day I follow a lot of people on Instagram that inspire me to lift weights and stay healthy. I think cardio is overrated,” she told Ok!
Aside from finding workouts you love, “if you need motivation, find a workout buddy,” she told Fashion Week Daily. Who is hers? My boyfriend, Jullien Herrera, who, lucky for me, happens to be a professional trainer! We work out at either Overthrow in Soho or do outdoor workouts along the Hudson.”
