How does the Selling Sunset star approach health and fitness? Celebwell has all the details about her lifestyle habits.
Mary enjoys getting her sweat on without leaving her home. She is a big fan of the Mirror, a fitness gadget that provides a variety of workouts. She spends at least 15 minutes per day doing workouts via the fitness mirror, where she can do anything from yoga or pilates to strength training, she told the New York Post. She also uses a Freebeat bike.
Mary is “not normally a morning person,” but she tries to get her sweat on early in the AM. During her pre-show “health kick,” where she tries to get into the best shape pre-filming, she set her alarm earlier than usual so she could sweat, she added to the Post.
Mary takes a holistic approach to wellness. “I feel like I haven’t really been taking care of my whole health and everything. I’ve just been working too much, so I’m really focused on it,” she told the New York Post.
Mary enjoys hot yoga and pilates. “I’m really focused on [my health],”Mary told Naluda. In addition to taking classes on The Mirror, she joins some studio fitness class, telling the publication she does “Hot yoga and pilates a few times a week.”
Mary makes sure to get her steps in while she is working. “I also am on the go and showing homes all day, so I get a significant amount of ‘stair time’ [in],” she told Naulda.
Mary has a balanced approach to diet. “I love all veggies and eat them everyday… raw, sauteed, grilled, steamed, etc.” she told Naluda. What is her favorite cheat food? “CANDY! I love candy of all kinds, but my favorite is sour candy like Sour Patch Kids and sour gummy worms,” she told Naluda.
