KAILYN Lowry has shared an honest reflection on her latest birth in a new post.
The Teen Mom alum hosted a Q&A on her Instagram Stories on Thursday.

Kailyn, 31, answered fan questions about fashion, books, movies, and her family.
On the topic of her recent birth, one fan asked, “Did you have an overnight doula for the twins at all?”
The MTV star welcomed fraternal twins – a son, Verse, and a daughter, Valley – with boyfriend Elijah Scott in November 2023.
In response to the question, Kailyn admitted, “I didn’t. But if you are having twins and can afford it, get one. I wish I had gotten one.”
Along with the earnest answer, Kailyn shared a rare photo of herself with her babies.
The star was makeup-free with her hair tied back, and smiled at the camera with the tiny babies resting on her chest.
Earlier this month, Kailyn emotionally revealed that Valley was kept in the neonatal intensive care unit for weeks after her birth.
Verse also spent some time in the NICU, but was released much earlier than his sister.
In the heartwarming TikTok video, Kailyn filmed her reaction to Valley finally being released from the hospital.

In addition to the three kids shared with her new man, Kailyn is mom to Isaac, 13, shared with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and Lincoln, 9, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
She also shares Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez.
With one teen and six kids under 10, Kailyn recently hinted that Elijah was getting a vasectomy.
On Instagram, Kailyn responded to a story about a vasectomy not working by saying, “That’s crazy and I am ordering a sperm count test, and I just want to see where we’re at with Elijah.”
The ex-reality television personality added, “When Elijah gets his, you know, I’ll be fixed as well, so I can’t honestly say that…”

While Kailyn hinted that her family might not yet be complete, some fans said they feel bad for Kailyn’s children after the birth of babies six and seven.
“This is getting crazy. Hopefully this is her last pregnancy. I feel so bad for her eldest two especially Isaac,” one critic wrote on Reddit.
“Isaac will have at least one more sibling (if not two) shoved on him. I’m not sure what Lincoln’s reaction will be. Lux will be officially dethroned as the favorite. Creed will get even less attention than he already does. Rio will be too young to realize what’s going on,” said a second.
Other fans have raised concerns that Kailyn was using her kids for money.
In an ad from last year, Isaac lip-synched to audio from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Kailyn’s oldest child acted along as he mimed the words, “I pretty much started this entire family. No one would be anywhere or anything without me.”
“Children that are exploited on national TV for entertainment are not well adjusted she is disgusting for using her kids as a paycheck,” a critic slammed on a forum dedicated to Teen Mom 2.
