Chopra revealed some of her wellness secrets to You & I. She says that she tries to stay consistent with her habits. “I guess it’s extremely important to be fit or maintain a healthy lifestyle. It will keep you going, too. Otherwise, if you are not active or strong, you can break down at any point.”

Chopra revealed what keeps her motivated to stay in shape to You & I. “Instagram inspires me,” she admits. “You’ll see dozens of posts every day, where people flaunt their toned bodies, their fitness regime, and the food they eat. I think social media sort of revolutionized fitness for me, and I guess for many others.”

Chopra tells Times Of India that she likes intermittent fasting as a way to stay healthy. “I think I’ve taken to intermittent fasting like a fish to water,” she says. “I find that the benefits of it are just immense. For one, intermittent fasting helps do a system cleanse as it removes the toxins from the body. It clears my gut and rejuvenates all my energy systems.”

Chopra revealed her favorite form of exercise to Times of India. “Suryanamaskar is my go-to exercise. It relieves me of all the stress, especially the in the back. The asana keeps the spine in perfect condition and the nervous system on point.”

Chopra opened up about her diet to You & I. She says that she pays attention to what goes in her body. “I remember when I shifted to Mumbai; I was not much into fitness, but then when I went to the gym I simultaneously tried fad diets. I can say that they don’t work! Just workout and eat home cooked and organic food in moderation.”
