The Queen of Pop who is currently in Sicily, Italy, gave fans a glimpse into her birthday celebration with a recently posted clip.
The “Material Girl” songstress stunned in a stunning blue and white patterned maxi dress from Dolce & Gabbana. She paired the lovely dress with a pair of stilettos and accessorized it with a stack of diamond chains and gold bracelets adorning her neck and hand.
Madonna was glammed to the nines for her big day with her blonde hair styled in loose wavy curls and her lips adorned with red lipstick color. The short clip began with the legendary artist hiding a part of her face behind a lace curtain while staring seductively at the camera.
The “La Isla Bonita” singer then emerges from behind the curtain and twirls around playfully, making fans take in her gorgeous dress while an Italian melody plays in the background.
”It’s my birthday week and I’m late for my love,” Madonna declared as she played with her dress. The scene soon changes to see the beloved singer in a party limousine joined by her friends.
The seven-time Grammy Award winner is flanked by two gorgeous women, one in a striking blue off-shoulder dress and the other in a yellow gown. Two men are seated on the other side of the car and the group clinks their wine glasses in excitement.
The two men in the fivesome give the “Body of Evidence” star a birthday shoutout and then Madonna is seen donning a blue fedora hat with the two mystery women seated closer to her while she rests her arms on their thighs.
Madonna then proceeds to do the deed with the women in the back of the car, locking lips with the woman on her right first. The celebrant kept it completely NSFW, engaging in a sensual French kiss that involved her tongue. She then turned to the lady on her left, who was wearing a mask and kissed her even more passionately.
With another glass of wine in hand, Madonna introduced the two women, saying, “I left my baby mama at home and I’m sitting here with my side bitches. We riding tonight, yeah!”

Madonna’s Birthday Is A Family Celebration
The build up to Madonna’s big day has been nothing short of thrilling. The singer who is mother to six lovely kids — Lourdes Leon, Rocco Ritchie, David Banda, Mercy James, Stella Ciccone, and Estere Ciccone — never fails to celebrate her birthday with her children.
This year was absolutely no exception and it helped that her son Rocco’s 22nd birthday comes just five days before hers. Hence, it was a double celebration.

In another slide, Rocco’s twin younger sisters posed with their brother. However, it was the matriarch that stole the spotlight in a figure-hugging cream-colored silk dress that featured pink floral patterns.
