Hermann loves to spend time outside. She also likes to do outdoor physical activities to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is go biking. She posted this photo and video of herself going for a ride on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Exactly where I need to be.”
Hermann revealed to Grazia that she likes to do EMS, or electric muscle stimulation. She says that it is easy to fit into her schedule. “It’s mainly the EMS training because it’s super quick, it’s 20 minutes. But it’s equal to two hours of workout which is right up my street, because I really can’t be bothered to do a long workout.”
Hermann revealed her approach to eating to MailOnline. She says that she doesn’t pay attention to calories, but makes sure to eat healthy. “My motto is don’t count the calories, count the carats,” Hermann explained. “It is all about balance, but in general I do have a healthy appetite.”
Hermann works with a personal trainer as a way to stay in shape. She revealed in this Instagram photo that she decided to get back to working with a trainer. Hermann wrote, “Last time I had a PT was 2017 and boy does it make a difference!”
Hermann likes to practice yoga as a way to stay in shape. She posted these photos on Instagram of herself in different poses. In them, Hermann is seen in a handstand and a headstand with her legs in a split. She captioned the post, “When the world turns upside down, go with it.”
