LOVE Island star Paul Knops has completely transformed and looks completely unrecognisable from his time in the Mallorca villa five years ago.
Paul was runner up on the 2018 series of the ITV2 favourite, missing out on the win with Laura Anderson to Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer.

He was a late entrant into the villa, turning up on day 43 of the series and lasting through the final two weeks to get to the final.
Nowadays, Paul has withdrawn largely from the public eye, and has completely transformed by beefing up in the gym, growing a beard and growing out his hair.
Paul also returned to his modelling job after his brief fame but still has an impressive 335,000 followers on Instagram.
He’s also been travelling the world, having adventures and hikes around picturesque locations from across the US, Santorini and Dubai.
Paul did briefly date Laura after the pair left the villa, but split just two months later.
Laura and Paul were pictured having a furious row a month before the split, following a night out at The Cuckoo Club in London’s Mayfair.
Ultimately the break-up was blamed on their hectic schedules and work commitments sending them off to different corners of the world.
“Paul went to New York for modelling work and on to Burning Man while Laura enjoyed some time back in Dubai where she lived before signing up to Love Island,” a source told The Sun at the time.
“They saw each other on Saturday night but only for a personal appearance and things weren’t the same between them so they have decided to cool off their romance.”
