Lisa, of K-pop sensations BLACKPINK, has joined the cast of The White Lotus’ upcoming third season.
According to Variety, Lisa will appear credited under his given name, Lalisa Manobal, in an unspecified role. She joins a loaded cast that also includes Carie Coon, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey, Jason Isaacs, Walton Goggins, Leslie Bibb, Dom Hetrakul, and Scott Glenn, among others.
The White Lotus will film in and around Koh Samui, Phuket, and Bangkok, Thailand beginning this month, with a targeted release of early 2025 on HBO/Max. Series creator and executive producer Mike White will return to write and direct the season.
The role will mark Lisa’s on-screen acting debut, as she follows in the footsteps of BLACKPINK member Jennie, who appeared on HBO’s The Idol.
