Lali Espósito in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "So Beautiful"

Lali Espósito is ready to sweat – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the Argentine singer and actress flaunts her incredible figure and flat abs in a Puma sports bra and leggings. “Elevate your workout,” she captioned the Instagram photos. “So beautiful,” commented one of her followers. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Lali relies on functional training to keep her body ready to fight. “I forgot to show you this from my last Friday Yes! We train Friday at NIGHT For the objective,” she captioned the workout videos. Exercise bands and medicine balls are tools she uses to complete some simple but effective exercises.

Lali soaks in hot water to help her body recover. Similar to a bath, sitting in a jacuzzi boasts several health benefits, including better sleep and reduced anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that baths and hot tub soaks may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Lali loves kayaking. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

Boxing is part of Lali’s workout routine. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Lali loves dancing when she isn’t fighting. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
