The star’s makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, has not featured as heavily on her social media as of late and fans can’t believe how much he’s changed.

On Thursday, a Kardashian fan shared a screenshot of the MUA’s now-deleted selfie while vacationing in Dubai.
In the screenshot of an Instagram post, Ariel pursed his lips while posing for the camera with his crisp jawline and hollowed cheeks.
Ariel – who has over 2million social media followers – wore a white T-shirt, a shiny silver necklace, and a pair of sunglasses that were hanging from the neckline.
Fans took to the comment section to share their concern for Kylie‘s, 26, BFF.

‘THIS CANNOT BE REAL’
“This is really scary and very sad. Wow. How bad he must feel to get this amount of work done,” one said.
Another questioned, “Did he chop off his chin?”
A third said, “This really freaks me out. How did he get here?!
“This cannot actually be real,” a fourth admitted.
A fifth wrote, “That cannot be healthy… how does he chew his food?! are his teeth going to fall out?! i have so many questions and im disturbed yet intrigued.”
Someone else exclaimed, “Wow I had to move the phone from my face immediately lol literally jumped.”

This isn’t the first time fans were left worried for Ariel.
WHO IS THAT?
In November 2023, fans’ jaws were on the floor as the makeup artist looked completely unrecognizable.
Arel took to Instagram to share a post about things he’s grateful for after Thanksgiving.
The celebrity makeup expert posted a photo of himself looking directly into the camera along with a lengthy caption.
it read: “ThanksGiving was beautiful. 4Ever Grateful for the people in my Life both the Family I was born into and the friends that I choose in the lifetime that have become Family! I love you all and am always Grateful 4 U!”
Fans, however, were distracted by drastic changes to Ariel’s appearance.
The makeup mogul appeared to have a more defined, square jawline and sunken cheeks.
‘YIKES’
One concerned Kardashian fan posted the pic on a thread dedicated to the famous family.
They wrote: “What has happened to Ariel?!”
One commenter speculated in part: “I believe he has had almost the same surgeries kylie has on his body. His BBL looks kinda disturbing – yet makes him fit right into the kardashian/jenners.”
Kylie has only ever admitted to getting lip injections and a breast augmentation, though fans aren’t convinced.
Another critic commented: “Buccal fat removal gone wrong (amongst other things). Yikes.”
Someone else replied: “I’ve never seen that surgery look good on anyone! Every single person I see looks horrible. Just do some f’n contour if you want that look.”
