Cavallari believes in staying hydrated. And not just by drinking water. She tells Page Six that she also makes sure to keep her skin hydrated, and that this is an important part of skincare. “I really think hydration is the most important thing in skincare. Obviously drinking water, but everything we’re putting on our face too. That’s the best thing for anti-aging.”
Cavallari is very confident with herself. She tells Bustle that this is her biggest beauty tip. “I definitely think that beauty comes from within. When you’re happy and you’re comfortable in your own skin, that really radiates through.”
Cavallari is grateful for her life. She tells Bustle that she even uses a gratitude journal every night. Cavallari has said that this has made a positive impact on her life. “I use a gratitude journal, which I’ve found can either set the tone for the day or shift your mentality at night. Putting everything into perspective helps.”
Cavallari makes time for self-care. One of her go-to pastimes is getting massages. She tells Glamour that this helps her after a workout. “Massage all day, every day, because I lift weights four to five days a week, and I feel like a massage is almost part of the health protocol to help get my body back into place. I try to get one every two weeks.”
Cavallari spilled some of her health and wellness secrets to Us Weekly. She says that she likes to do a bunch of different workouts to stay in shape. “Like everyone else, my workout and health routine has been up and down during quarantine, but I finally have gotten back on track,” she explained. “I lift weights, but I do circuit training to keep my heart rate up. I also started doing hot yoga every once in a while. I don’t do it as often as I would like, but I love it when I’m able to make it happen.”
