KIM Kardashian has fans picking apart her latest photo, featuring an unusual angle up her nose.
The Kardashians star has previously denied ever having any type of nose jobs or similar procedures.

Kim shared a series of snaps online to promote some new SKKN products.
Standing mixed in among a display of various makeups and foundations, the 43-year-old smiled, as she looked to be filming some sort of advertisement for her personal brand.
Kim shared some behind-the-scenes looks at the creation of the video, showing camera men and crews all working diligently.
It must have been tiring work, as one of the photos featured Kim mid-yawn, looking to the sky and sprawling open her lips.
The unusual pose caught the eye of fans, who expanded it and turned the focus on her face, and the weird shape it was making.
“Does she ever cover her mouth??” one person in a Reddit chat room begged to know. “Absolutely no f**king class, etiquette or decorum with this one!”
“The hairless nostrils and whatever is happening in her mouth is giving me all the damn creeps,” another added, while a third squealed, “Ewwwwww this is the nastiest thing I’ve seen in a long, long time.”
“Not even I can open my mouth that much,” a fourth person noted. “Brave of Kim to allow a pic of her with a double chin to be posted, tho.”

PIGGING OUT
The look at least wasn’t as startling as some photos she shared the other day.
Kim hammed it up with daughter North, 10, while using a pig nose camera filter.
North shared a sped-up TikTok video featuring the mother-daughter duo playing around with different filters.
North was first seen alone in the video, wearing a black bonnet and jersey, before the Skims mogul joined in.
Kim then appeared over her daughter’s shoulder with a pink snout, still opting for the “duck face” as she and North laughed about their appearance.
The Hulu star was seen with her dark hair in two braids and wore a black top with a plunging neckline.
BECOMING BIANCA
Kim’s nose is often the focus of controversy – especially after she was accused of copying Bianca Censori’s schnoz while in France for Paris Fashion Week.
A Reddit user zoomed in close on a photo of Kim’s face, and added a recent image of Bianca next to it.
“Anyone else see it?” They titled the discussion thread.
“Why did Kim give herself Bianca’s nose,” asked a follower with skull emojis.
“We have a doppelgänger in our midst…” Added another.
“I see it! They both have dead eyes,” said a third.
“Oh my God,” wrote a fourth.
“Two victims of Kanye West,” noted a fifth.
Kim and Kanye officially divorced in March 2022.
Kanye and Bianca officially tied the knot during a private ceremony in December 2022.
