In the pics, Kim, 43, stepped out of her luxury car in a black and white ensemble in Los Angeles this week.
The makeup mogul wore a black leather jacket down by her elbows while donning a skintight cropped white tank top
She accessorized her look with a $150k Hermes Himalaya Croc Birkin Bag and a pair of thin black sunglasses.
However, the SKKN founder sparked concern after she sported large bandages on her middle and pointer fingers.

‘WHAT HAPPENED?’
After fans noticed the bandages in her recent Instagram post, many were left asking questions.
One asked, “What happened to your fingers?”
“I need to know what happened to her fingers,” another revealed.
A third questioned, “What’s up with them fingers though.”

Kim also showed off her injury in other pics over the last week.
The A-list superstar was first seen with the bandages at Saint’s basketball game last week.
She also sported her casts while enjoying time in Las Vegas, Nevada with her sisters Khloe, 39, and Kendall, 28, as the trio attended the Super Bowl over the weekend in several snaps.
This isn’t the first body part that has caused Kim distress recently.
‘I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING’
Last month, the star showed off a large red spot on her leg.
In an Instagram Story, Kim said, “How crazy is my psoriasis right now guys? Like, all up my leg, I don’t know what’s happening. I have to figure this out.”
She revealed that it was “painful” and she wasn’t sure what “triggered” the flare-up.
“I haven’t changed my diet. I’ve tried everything! Psoriasis sucks,” Kim said.
n a second clip, the TV personality went on to explain that her psoriasis typically showed up near her shin but has since moved up and down her leg.
“Just wanted to share my journey with you guys,” she wrote.
In the final video, she noticed that her red blotch was in the shape of a heart.
“Lucky me, I have a heart-shaped psoriasis for Valentine’s Day.”
In the past, Kim opened up about her skin disorder and has dealt with it for decades.
