The photos of Kim, 43, were of her at her son, Saint’s, basketball game.
Reddit users noticed that photos of her face up close at the game looked to be unedited.
Kim had sunglasses on and under them, her cheeks appeared to have lumps on them.
Her lips also looked more normal than usual.

However, in the far away photos, the Hulu star’s cheeks were not puffy.
Many Kardashian fans thought some of the photos were edited since her cheeks were normal and her lips were more pouted.
The reality TV star is rumored to have gotten Botox and plastic surgery.

Reddit users posted the photos to the platform.

They shared one that they called “paid paparazzi pics” and another that was “normal paparazzi pics.”
The paid ones were the ones that didn’t have the puffy cheeks.
“Spot the difference: paid paps vs normal paps,” the poster captioned the thread.
“What are those lumps under her glasses?” another user asked.
Someone replied with Botox, to which the original commenter said Kim is “addicted to it.”
“Those folds be folding,” said another.
“Can’t hide the puffiness,” added a third.
Some others said that she doesn’t even look like herself.
BIG BOY NOW
Kim tried to hide her cheeks under sunglasses as she held her son, Psalm, 4, in her arms.
Kim and Psalm arrived at the auditorium in Calabasas, California, on Friday.
They exited Kim’s SUV and traveled across the parking lot.
She wore black baggy pants and an oversized jacket.
The mother-of-four paired the outfit with flip-flops, sunglasses, and her newly dyed blond hair in a low bun.
Psalm had on a sports jersey, jean shorts, and sneakers.
POUT ABOUT IT
Earlier this month, Kardashian fans begged Kim to retire her duck face pout.
She showed off her new blonde hair with a selfie on Instagram.
Kim sat inside a dressing room in a black shirt giving duck lips to the camera, pursing out her lips.
Fans were begging her to find a different pose in the comments.
“Kim retire the pout i beg!” one wrote.
“Yeah, I’m not into the pout pics either 🙂 lol,” another said.
