KIM Kardashian fans have claimed the reality TV star’s seemingly lopsided cheek looked like it was sliding off in a new backstage AHS video.
The Hulu star posted the video to her Instagram Stories to promote the final episodes of American Horror Story: Delicate.

In the video, Kim, 43, was framed in a tight, close-up shot as she introduced a trailer for the second half of Season 12.
The Skims founder annouced, “FX’s AHS: Delicate is back with part two,” before the short teaser played.
Kim sported a sleeveless, leather top and was in full glam makeup with her dark brunette hair parted down the middle in the brief clip.
A screengrab of the FX promo was posted to a Kardashian-dedicated Reddit board in a post titled, “QUICK LOOK AT [KIMS] STORIES LOL WONKY EYE AND BOTCHED FACE.”

In the comment thread, one critic wrote, “Her face looks so big, so much filler.”

The FX horror series previously released five episodes of Season 12 last fall, starring Kim and Emma Roberts, 33.
On Tuesday, the trailer dropped for its second block of episodes, which featured The Kardashians star in her breakout role as PR agent, Siobhan Corbyn.
The teaser revealed several twists featuring the show’s leads, including a moment of Kim and Emma’s characters sharing a kiss.
In the clip, Kim asked Emma, “What would you give up for it?”
“Anything,” Emma replied as Kim’s character leaned in to lock lips.
Part Two of AHS: Delicate will premiere on April 3.
Kim could be heard stating, “Sometimes you have to snap a few necks,” while teasing the horrors to come in the show’s upcoming episodes at the end of the trailer.
Fans showed excitement in the comment section, with one person writing, “I am literally screaming, having chills.”

TRANSFORMATION
Kim bleached her eyebrows and dyed her hair blue for the new American Horror Story trailer.
On Friday, FX shared a behind-the-scenes look at the TV personality’s astonishing transformation” on Instagram.
Captioned “Simply iconic,” the promo showed makeup artists preparing Kim into her character, Siobhan, for Part Two of AHS: Delicate.
In the video, Kim explained, “I’m so excited to see this vision come to life. To turn into this character.”
A pale-skinned Kim was shown rocking bleached eyebrows, blue-tinted platinum locks, and long, thick eyelashes as she used red lipstick to write the title of the show on a mirror.
“I always like when I can be something so different from myself,” she added while waving her fingers that were fitted with prosthetics.
In the comment section, one fan wrote, “I’m so excited i can’t wait.”

“I actually forgot about the second half of the season which isn’t saying much for the show,” added a third.

Fans immediately had their doubts about her abilities, despite this not being her first acting role.
Viewers were forced to retract their negativity after Kim made her series debut during the premiere.
Kim appeared in several scenes throughout the episode, acting alongside Emma.
Fans and critics alike took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their thoughts.
One AHS fan tweeted, “Kim serving natural actress I fear,” as another wrote, “Kim Kardashian just devoured every other actor.”
“There’s @kimkardashian!! Doin great!!” someone else posted.
