STUNNING aerial footage shows Kevin Costner’s vacation home for the first time since his bitter divorce was finalized last month.
The exclusive video obtained by The U.S. Sun reveals snow-dusted Dunbar Ranch in Aspen looking deserted after the Yellowstone star, 69, set the price to rent it for a night to an eye-watering $42,000.
It had previously been listed on the rental market last year for the equally prohibitive sum of $36,000, according to reports.
Just one car could be seen in a driveway, with few other signs of activity.
The luxury Colorado retreat – named for Costner’s character Lieutenant John Dunbar in his Oscar-winning movie Dances with Wolves – played a central role in his relationship with now ex-wife Christine Baumgartner.
The former couple, who share three children together, married in a three-day wedding at the lush 160-acre property in September 2004.

And the property clearly held a special place in handbag designer Baumgartner’s heart.
The 50-year-old broke down in tears in court at the mention of the ranch during a custody hearing in Santa Barbara last year.
Golden Globe winner Costner usually rents out Dunbar Ranch during the winter months while Aspen’s ski season is in full swing.
It boasts three different homes – a six bedroom main house, a three-bedroom lake house and a three-bedroom river house.
The main house rents separately for $24,000 a night, while the lake house costs $18,000 and the river house goes for $10,000.
The ranch’s website says, “All three residences are available individually or together.
“Individual homes for rent at select times during the year
“The whole property is available for $42,000 per night.”
Dunbar has caretakers on site around the clock, private fishing lakes, a golf putting range and its own baseball field.
The menu of “a la carte” services while staying at the property includes tree delivery and decorator for the holidays, a Santa Claus, babysitting, a florist, catering and a personal shopper.
Guests can also request a butler, a “ski butler”, a personal assistant, a driver, a chef and a masseuse.
Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner in May last year, citing irreconcilable differences and stating that the couple had split up the previous month.
In July a judge ordered Costner’s second wife to leave the family’s $145 million beachfront mansion in Carpinteria, California.
That same month, the filmmaker was spotted on vacation in Aspen with his kids.
Costner and Baumgartner agreed in September that they would have joint custody of their kids and he would pay her $63,000 a month in child support, even though she had originally sought around $248,000.
It allowed the pair to avoid what was shaping up to be a messy court battle over their differences.
They officially finalized the divorce last month.
A rep for Costner said at the time, “Kevin and Christine Costner have come to an amicable and mutually agreed upon resolution of all issues pertaining to their divorce proceedings.”
The details of the settlement were not disclosed.
