The primary way that Keerthy stays in shape is via yoga. “Adding a bit of yoga to the day to keep all the tensions away,” the Saamy 2 actor captioned a recent Instagram post. During the video she does gomukhasana, balasana, and dhanurasana yoga poses.
Keerthy prefers cooking her food with ghee, which is clarified butter. “Whenever I prepare food made with the granular goodness of GRB Ghee, it fills my heart with its rich taste and aroma. Just add a few spoons the next time you cook and I’m sure you would experience the perfection just like I did,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
Keerthy enjoys smoothies or juice in the afternoon. She uses a blender to make them herself and might throw in mango, some greens, and other veggies and fruits.
One way Keerthy stays fit is via dancing. She shares lots of Instagram videos showing off her moves. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
According to Mensxp.com, Keerthy follows a low-protein, low-carbohydrate diet. She is mostly vegan, but will eat eggs on occasion. She starts the day with warm water and honey, then has a bowl of cereal with milk or whole wheat toast and a four egg white omelet. For lunch she might have dal with vegetables, a salad, and some curd, and for dinner, vegetable soup with some rice, veggies, and a salad.
