Price, like many others, works with a personal trainer to help her get in shape. Price works with Kevin Foster Wiltshire. Wiltshire opened up about the socialite to The Sun in 2017. “She’s a pretty tough cookie and works hard,” he said.
Wiltshire tells The Sun that Price wasn’t looking for weight loss tricks. He says that she wanted to learn about fitness. “With Katie, it wasn’t a case of her trying to lose lots of weight,” he explained. “Instead, the aim was to improve her fitness and strength to torch fat and increase lean muscle as a means to get her really toned. Wiltshire revealed some of Price’s go-to workouts to The Sun. He says that he combined two different exercises to give her a well-rounded regime.”The focus was on weights, and we managed to squeeze in a couple of short High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions each week.”
In a vlog on her YouTube channel, Price admitted that she had let her fitness slip a bit. However, she says that she is taking things slow when it comes to fitness. “When you haven’t been to the gym for ages, it kills. And I hate every bit of it. I’m not going to kill myself the first day. But slowly, slowly… I’m not going to kill myself the first day.”
Price is an avid equestrian. She posts a lot of videos and photos on Instagram of herself with her horses. She shared this photo of herself going for a ride on a hill. Price captioned the post, “Riding my little lady on the downs today.”
