Now, hours after the news of her outing made headlines, a video showing Kate and William at the farm shop has surfaced, and yet the internet is still rife with conspiracy theories about the princess’ whereabouts.

During the weekend, the Princess of Wales visited a farm shop with her husband, William, amid rumors and conspiracies about her health and whereabouts.
An alleged witness to the outing noted at the time, “After all the rumors that had been going around, I was stunned to see them there.” They added, per The Sun, “Kate was out shopping with William, and she looked happy, and she looked well.”
However, due to a lack of photos of the event, the outing raised eyebrows and further fueled the rumors that the princess was in bad shape.

In a surprising turn of events, Kate has finally been spotted in a video from the farm shop outing. The footage obtained by TMZ shows her and William walking beside each other, with the mother of three holding a large bag.
The princess, who underwent abdominal surgery in January, looked healthy as she moved briskly, with a bright smile.
Although Kate’s face was visible in the footage, the video clip has breathed new life into the conspiracy theories, with many royal fans suggesting online that the person in the video was not the Princess of Wales.

On social media, the video of Kate seems to have the opposite effect, as it has only further exacerbated the rumors regarding her health status.
Several royal fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their thoughts on the first video footage of Kate since her abdominal surgery in January.

Another wondered, “My thing is—if this is indeed “Kate Middleton” why would a woman who JUST GOT abdominal surgery that needed such a long recovery be carrying a large bag like this???”
Others slammed the conspiracy theories, arguing that the woman in the video is Kate but with less weight due to her surgery,

Body language expert Judi James has alleged that the princess’ happy demeanor during her recent farm shop outing was purposefully done to quell the rumors surrounding her health.
James told the Daily Mail, “It is completely stunning to see the most sought-after woman in the world and the subject of speculation and rumors on social media suddenly appearing like this looking not just healthy, full of energy and incredibly happy but also making no apparent attempt to hide while out in public.”
She added, “Kate walks ahead of William here, taking large enough strides to suggest no hint of any ongoing frailty. While William keeps his face partially hidden under his cap and his head lowered, Kate’s body language here suggests a desire to be seen.”

James further noted that Kate’s outing also reassures royal fans who have been worried due to her absence from the public eye.
“Kare’s] head is up and her long hair is billowing while she wears a cheek-rounded smile that seems to signal she is completely upbeat and cheerful,” the body language expert noted.
They added, “This is quite extraordinary body language behavior for a leading royal out ‘incognito’ in public and it suggests a point is, quite naturally, being made in terms of reassuring fans and quashing all the toxic rumors.”
William & Kate Are Aware Of The Rumors Online
According to The Sunday Times, a source shared that William and Kate are aware of the online rumors about the princess’ health.
“They’re not like [Prince] Harry, obsessing and scrolling through Twitter, but they know it has broken through. They follow the news and see the BBC breaking news alerts,” the source claimed.
They also slammed the speculations suggesting an issue in their marriage as “just cruel,” especially as their family is “going through the hardest time they’ve had to go through as a family.”
“In Kate’s case, there is almost nobody else in the world whose face, body, clothes are more judged than hers,” the insider said. “What is happening is exactly what they said would happen—she would spend two weeks in hospital and be back after Easter. So what if they haven’t pushed her out there to wave from the back of a car? She is not a show pony.”
