Karl Anthony-Towns went all out for girlfriend Jordyn Woods’ 25th birthday, when he offered to fund two businesses that she “wants to start.”
“Happy 25th Birthday! After this, you get to say you 18 every year like your moms lol,” Anthony-Towns wrote in the letter he shared with Woods for her birthday, which she posted on her Instagram Story. “I know every year I have showered you with material gifts that people wish they could cop (king shit) but this year, your 25th year walking this earth, it’s time to go from that girl to a full woman. You pick two businesses you want to start and I will fund them. It’s time to take that next step, and I will walk with you step by step in this thing we call life. Te amo mucho, let’s take over the world… together.”
Alongside the photo of the letter, Woods added, “He knows how hard I’ve been working on these projects and this is the last step.” In a response on his own Instagram Story, Towns said, “Believe in her dreams, the way she believes in yours.”
The 26-year-old Minnesota Timberwolves star continued to praise Woods on social media. “I could write a letter about your greatness,” he wrote. “But the world already knows how I feel… To another 365 love.”
Woods also shared a series of photos from her birthday party, and thanked her friends and family for “bringing the best energy.”
Woods and Towns have been dating since at least May 2020, and he’s made it something of a yearly tradition to outdo himself when it comes to her birthday. Last year, he showered her with lavish gifts, including a diamond Patek watch.
