Jessica Serfaty in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Looking Fabulous"

Jessica Serfaty is a successful model. She first made waves as a contestant on the 14th season of America’s Next Top Model, where she came in 5th place. She recently attended the Met Gala. Serfaty shared a set of modeling photos from Milan on Instagram. In them, she posed in a gray shirt, white bottoms, and white boots. She captioned the post, “7 days of rain to run away from.” 

Serfaty spends a lot of time at the beach. One thing she likes to do is paddleboard. In this set of photos and video she posted on Instagram, she is seen paddleboarding in D Maris Bay. Serfaty captioned the post, “Just out here trying to catch some content & a tan without driving my guy mad.

Serfaty also likes to swim. She is seen wading in the water in the previous post. In this set of photos and video she posted from St. Barth, she is seen walking in the ocean. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.”

Serfaty likes to snowboard as a way to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself on the slopes. Serfaty shared these photos and videos of herself snowboarding in St. Moritz. UMC Rochester states that snowboarding has a lot of benefits. “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.

Serfaty likes to go on hikes. She is seen doing so in this reel on Instagram. Harvard Health states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder.  A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill.”

Serfaty likes to spend time with animals, and she is seen doing so in the previous Instagram reel. The Children’s Nature Retreat states that spending time with animals has a lot of benefits. “Interacting with animals can have positive effects on human behavior and well-being. Studies have shown that spending time with animals can lower stress and anxiety, increase physical activity and social interaction, and boost mood and self-esteem. Additionally, caring for animals can help develop empathy, kindness, and responsibility in individuals.”
