She first rose to fame on social media by showing off her two “dancing” chins.

Now, the 25-year-old – a size 18 – aims to help boost her followers’ self-confidence with her body positive content.

So she was stunned to get daily DMs from fitness coaches suggesting she needs to get in shape.

Speaking to Katy J on the Young Scot Aye Feel podcast, Rachel said: “I get messages every day from like PTs and coaches being like, if you can give me eight weeks of your time and we can post your transformation, I’ll coach you for free.

“And I’m like, when have I said on my platform that I’ve wanted to transform?

She added: “So I feel like my body image struggle is still like a rollercoaster.

“My height used to be a big insecurity of mine as well. Now it’s not. I love it. I love being tall.

“I don’t think anyone is ever gonna be 100 percent feeling themselves all the time.

“I think for me, it’s just surrounding yourself with the right people, surrounding yourself with the people that hype you up, not tear you down.

“And stop talking negatively about yourself. I used to talk so negatively about myself.”

I’m a plus-size belly dancer – a troll said to cover up but I won’t be ashamed, may my ‘fat joy’ burn into his retinas

It comes after Rachel faced cruel taunts from haters who told her to “get a gym membership” after she refused to hide her tummy on holiday.

Rachel said: “I will admit that I am not confident in my body at all at the moment but I’m definitely not letting that ruin my holiday by stressing about how I look in a bikini.

“I can’t say that no one around the pool looked at me or cared that I had my belly out, you just have to say f*** it and enjoy your holiday.”

And her two million TikTok followers – who she affectionately calls her “chickens” – take huge comfort in her content.

Rachel said: “I get a lot of like comments or messages about being like, I’ve got a similar body shape to you and you’ve made me a bit more confident and things like that.

“And I’m like, that’s what keeps me going. Like a hundred percent. It’s like my community.”
