A WOMAN was left mortified after she was booted out of her gym for her ‘inappropriate’ outfit.
Mexican model and influencer Azucar Alejandra was working out in her gym wearing a simple bra top and skin-tight leggings when she was asked to leave.
Despite most women wearing a sports bra and leggings when working out, the model was asked to leave as it was ‘distracting’ others.
The brunette beauty revealed that she was dress-coded and told to put on a T-shirt or get out as her outfit.
Taking to social media, Azucar shared her frustrating at being told her outfit was “too distracting for other gym-goers.”
She said: “These are my training clothes and they just told me that I can’t be training like this, that I have to put on an extra piece of clothing.”
Frustrated but not wanting to end her workout just yet, Azucar was carrying what looked like a larger top to wear to carry on her gym session.
Despite being annoyed with the request, many people took to the comments of the clip and they seemed divided on who was in the right.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @azucaralejandra went viral with over 194k views and 20k likes.
Some people took Azucar’s side in the whole debate claiming it was wrong to tell her to cover up.
One person wrote: “You were fine like that, too bad for the gym for not letting you train like that!”
Another commented: “You look [hot]. Ignore the coach.”
“In my opinion, you’re fine like that, why, you sweat when you exercise and I think you’re cooler that way,” penned a third.
However, others could see why other gym-goers may have been uncomfortable.
A fourth said: “Of course your bra is beautiful! But it’s a bra, it’s not workout clothes. I can also wear boxers and say that they are training clothes, but no.”
“It’s because you distract the instructors,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “A sports top supports you for exercise. Things as they are. You just want to watch the world burn.”
