SELLING Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa has revealed her major weight loss after giving birth to her son, Tristan.
Earlier this month, the real estate agent boasted that she transformed her body from her “living room” in an Instagram post about fitness.
In a video, Heather, 35, showed off her fit figure in a light gray Alo Yoga sweatsuit as she advertised the exercise program, as well as its new smartphone app, created by celebrity trainer and weight loss coach, Paulina Hefferan.
She told her fans, “Believe it or not you guys, I lost twenty-five pounds postpartum and I did it straight from my living room.”
The video featured still shots of The Flipping El Moussas star’s post-baby body before and after starting her workout program.
It also included several recordings of Heather working out in her living room, around different parts of her home, and even incorporating her baby son Tristan into her routine.

Heather stated that she used two 10lb dumbbells, a mat, ankle weights, and resistance bands to transform her body and get back in shape after having a baby.
The HGTV star admitted, “After I had Tristan, I thought ‘Okay, I’ll be back at the gym, I’ll be back in hot yoga, I’m going to get my body back in nine weeks’ [but] reality set in and that did not happen.”
“I don’t think I really started working out until I met Paulina,” she confessed.
Heather stated that the fitness trainer made her feel comfortable, informed her that getting in shape is a slow journey, and emphasized that she shouldn’t compare herself to anyone else.
That reality TV star stated that working out with Paulina changed her life before promoting the coach’s new app for when she’s traveling or for days that she can’t work out with the trainer.
In the post’s caption, Heather wrote, “Let’s talk about my postpartum body….”
She explained, “My postpartum workout journey definitely wasn’t ‘easy’ and didn’t go as expected (I thought I was going to bounce back within 9 weeks!! HUGE LOL) but the reality of being a mom to a newborn, breastfeeding, 2 kids, balancing my hormones, my work, my marriage and my life set in.”
“For me, I didn’t want to leave the house and leave Tristan to workout so I knew I needed to change the way I worked out and what fit for my ‘new’ life,” she added.
The TV personality continued, “It was hard guys, I felt weak, old & not super motivated. I had never been someone who lifted weights or did at-home workouts until I met @paulinastein.
“It was a complete change for me but I lost 25 pounds, leaned out & got my strength back while working out with Paulina.”
Heather wrote, “It’s something I want to share because she makes it SO accessible and affordable for people everywhere to do, too — plus I just love her :).”
In the post’s comment section, one fan wrote, “You look amazing, Heather!”
Another person commented, “Postpartum is hard you look amazing keep up the good work.”
“Aww that’s so awesome! We all need a Paulina in our life,” added a third.
A fourth person complimented, “Proud of you woman!”
BIKINI BODY
Heather is married to Flip or Flop alum, Tarek El Moussa.
Last year, the property whiz showed off her latest green belt development — in a bikini from her own range.
The 35-year-old mom and star of the Netflix show Selling Sunset was modeling swimwear from her line with Cupshe.
Heather said, “This collection makes me feel confident in my body.”
Beaming with pride, Heather said, “I’m just 4 months postpartum (was 3 months postpartum when we shot these) but this collection makes me feel confident in my body.”
She continued, “My hope is that you feel empowered and radiant while wearing these pieces, just like I do.”
NEW BABY
Heather and Tarek welcomed their baby boy, Tristan, in late January 2023.
Tristan is Heather’s first child and she is also the stepmother to El Moussa’s 12-year-old daughter, Taylor, and son, Brayden, 7, from his previous marriage to Christina Hall.
Heather and Tarek announced their pregnancy last July.
According to PEOPLE, the couple were in the middle of in vitro fertilization treatments.
They had even gotten as far as a date to implant an embryo, when they received the good news.
“It was a huge shock,” Heather told PEOPLE.
She told the outlet, “We just weren’t expecting this. We had just gone through IVF. We had embryos on ice. We had a plan.”
The Netflix star went on to say the couple was thrilled with the news.
“I think when you least expect it and there’s no stress in your life, the world just brought us what was meant to be. I’m so excited that it happened like this.”
