Hayley Erbert is celebrating her 28th birthday in her bathing suit. According to Hayley’s fiancé, the two enjoy getting physical outside, going for runs or hikes in the woods. “Being around nature, it resets me,” Hough told People. “Being in the trees, under the sky, going to Yosemite, or in a park — for me those type of workouts are not just physical workouts, but also emotional workouts, too.”

Hough told Us that he and Hayley tried a plant-based diet. “We both are trying the vegan thing right now and it’s actually really easy. People are like, ‘Is it hard?’ and I’m like, ‘nah.’ Living in LA, it’s actually hard not to be [vegan]. I feel great. I have a lots of energy, my skin has cleared up, I feel great.”

Hayley does enjoy cheat meals. “I have the popcorn and I have the nachos. That’s my vice,” Hough told Us.. “I go to the movies and I just eat tons of popcorn and stuff like that. And she had donuts. She loves sugar.”

Hough maintains that his future wife has inspired him to rest more. “Haley’s taught me a lot about relaxing,” he told Us. “About just sitting down and relaxing and enjoying the moment. I’m always going to go, go, go, go, personally,” he added. “Like, let’s do this. Let’s do that. Let’s do this, and I’m still like that. But, it’s a good balance. We have a great balance with that.”


Hayley loves swimming with fish. “Pure magic,” she captioned an Instagram post. Surprisingly, snorkeling is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
