HAIM have released “Take me back,” the fourth single from their forthcoming album I quit.
Built around a driving backbeat, “Take me back” features cooly-spoken verses reminiscing on scenes and characters from the past, from missed phone calls to crushes, lazy days, mistakes, and more. Throughout, the refrain “take me back” ties the imagery to a warm sense of nostalgia, with the catchy hook on the chorus serving as the bow on the poppy alt rock package. Stream the single below.
“Take Me Back” is the latest track from HAIM’s fourth studio album, I quit, which is due in full on June 20th and was highlighted by Consequence as one of the most anticipated albums of 2025. Earlier this year, the sisters released three other singles: “Relationships,” “Everybody’s trying to figure me out,” and “Down to be wrong.”
