GOLDEN Bachelor star Theresa Nist has opened up about watching Gerry Turner’s season of the show back after being chosen.
Her comments come after her husband-to-be set the record straight about fakery on the reality TV show.

Theresa, 70, and Gerry, 72, appeared on Live With Kelly and Mark to discuss their upcoming wedding, as well as their time on the show.
During the show, Theresa opened up about the biggest challenge she faced on The Golden Bachelor, and after the show ended.
She revealed that it was difficult to see her co-stars get emotional, especially in the final episodes.
Gerry’s big winner told hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos that she struggled to watch Faith Martin cry as she was eliminated from the show.
She went on: “I really haven’t seen the final episode yet, so I’ve yet to see Leslie [Fhima] and that was a really difficult moment for me.
“I cried my eyes out that night.”
That’s not all the Golden Bachelor couple chatted about on Live.
They also opened up about just how real the reality show is.

FAKING IT?
During the daytime TV show, Gerry and Theresa shared a glimpse at their engagement.
As he proposed, The Golden Bachelor star said: “You’re not the right person for me to live with,” then took a long pause before adding, “You’re the person I can’t live without.”
Kelly had questions about the pause, asking: “We just saw the clip of the moment and Theresa you were all of us. I was like, ‘Oh this is such a weird clip for us to use.’ We all thought you were getting the brush off.
“Gerry, do the producers force you to do that? They make you drag it on like that and keep us all in suspense.”
He replied: “They suggested it would be really great TV. They didn’t realize it would be horrible to Theresa.”
Theresa jumped in: “It was so mean!”
WEDDED BLISS
During the final episode of Golden Bachelor, host Jesse Palmer, 45, revealed that Gerry and Theresa would be tying the knot soon.
Not just that: their wedding will be televised on January 4.
After the wedding, Gerry and Theresa will fly to Italy to celebrate their honeymoon, which was a gift to them during the finale.
After that, they intend to plant roots in Charleston, South Carolina.
Theresa’s son lives near there and Gerry has always dreamed of living there.
