General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that a huge return could be in the works, so let’s talk about a fan favorite’s possible comeback. It could lead to some exciting return news if all goes well.
Ted King (ex-Lorenzo Alcazar) recently appeared at a fan event for The Bold and the Beautiful since he plays Jack Finnegan over on B&B.
Thanks to some leaks from that event, there’s buzz about King having a meeting with GH Executive Producer Frank Valentini soon.
Of course, nothing is confirmed at this point, but it’s certainly an interesting piece of information to ponder.
There are plenty of viewers who would love to see Ted King step into the role of Lorenzo Alcazar again and bring the villainous character back to the ABC soap.
Although Lorenzo faced a grim fate at Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) hands back in 2007, that doesn’t mean he can’t return through a soapy rewrite.
King also played Lorenzo’s twin brother, Luis Alcazar, before his grisly end, so that could be another potential character revival depending on the story they want to tell.
However, Lorenzo would be the better option out of the two, especially considering his twisted relationship with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and all the drama that could bring with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
That said, it’s also possible King could make a comeback as a brand-new character.
There have been plenty of popular actors who returned as completely different people in Port Charles over the years.
Regardless, King is an amazing actor who hasn’t been getting enough airtime in his role as Jack Finnegan on B&B.
It’d be great if King could get more substantial material that’s worthy of his talent, so maybe GH could help him out with that.
There’s no doubt that King’s return arc would be epic!
