General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that 2024 will bring the climax of some big stories that’ve been building for a while now. We’ve got a preview of the dramatic fallout and some other exciting events happening in the new year.
Sadly, 2024 will begin on a sad note due to the demise of Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).
Once the news of Bobbie’s grim fate spreads, there’ll be a memorial service to honor her along with her beloved portrayer.
Jacklyn Zeman will get a wonderful sendoff, so it’ll be bittersweet as fans say goodbye and embrace one last Bobbie-related adventure.
After a stranger brings updates from Amsterdam, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will travel there briefly to handle some business that Bobbie was unable to finish.
That’ll bring an incredible surprise and tie in with some of Bobbie’s history, so it sounds like the writers will hit a wide variety of emotions as we bid her farewell.
Other GH spoilers say both Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will face consequences for the secrets they’ve been keeping.
Nina is the one who informed the SEC about Carly and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) insider trading, so she’ll have to pay the price for that and all the lies she’s told.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will rip into Nina for her actions and deception, but Michael won’t be spared!
It sounds like Michael will face Sonny’s fury as well since he found out the truth and has been blackmailing Nina.
Michael will also have some explaining to do once Carly eventually finds out about Nina’s SEC snitching.
In addition to putting Nina on full blast, Carly will save some heat for Michael and lash out over his cover-up.
At some point, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will surely find out the whole ugly story, but she may feel like the last to know.
As for Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), she’ll be part of some escalating drama with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
It looks like the jig may be up for Esme soon regarding her total recall.
That could set the stage for the showdown of the century as Esme, Trina and Spencer get involved in a confrontation to remember.
There’ll also be at least two unexpected guests who pop up for this faceoff, so will one of them be Heather Webber (Alley Mills)?
Could the other be Esme’s former nanny, Maggie Fitzgerald (Heather Olt), or maybe even Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) if he’s secretly still alive?
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is set to get his experimental treatment in the new year, so fans will also see if that results in Curtis regaining the use of his legs.
Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will kick their wedding plans in high gear for Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) sake since he’s fading fast.
As for Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) malpractice suit, he’ll find out whether he’ll beat the allegations or face a destroyed career.
Finally, the surrogacy storyline will continue to come with curveballs and concerns.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) could be setting themselves up for a ruined relationship if this baby ultimately comes between them.
