Gauri Nalawade Shows Off Fit Figure of "Summer Vibes"

Gauri Nalawade is an extremely successful actress. She’s best known for her roles in Tarri, Adham, and Godavari. Nalawade is ready for the summer, and her recent Instagram post proves it. She shared a photo of herself in the pool. Nalawade wore a red swimsuit, looking stunning. She captioned the post, “This post is a reminder to put on your sunscreen.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gauri Nalawade stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Nalawade loves to swim to stay in shape. Spending time in the water has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “With the increased ease of exercise in water, people often can tolerate longer exercise sessions. As a result, these sessions can be more intense, with larger ranges of motion. You should be aware of the potential of overstressing your body. You may be more fatigued than you were expecting following an aquatic exercise session.”

Nalawade likes to weight train to stay in shape. In this workout video she posted on Instagram, she is seen throwing a weighted ball. Weight and strength training has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training is good for your bones. “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.”

Nalawade likes to do squats to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen doing a squat whenever she catches the weighted ball. Squats are a great exercise. Allina Health recommends doing squats regularly. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery.”

Nalawade shared this video of herself doing workouts on Instagram. In it, she is seen riding a stationary bike. She captioned the post, “Be stronger than your excuse.” PennState PRO Wellness states that using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

In the previous Instagram video, Nalawade is seen doing burpees. Burpees are a great exercise to keep someone in shape. The Cleveland Clinic reports, “Burpees are brutally efficient as a workout tool, meshing cardio and strength training into an extremely high-intensity package. In seven simple movements, the exercise works your body from top to bottom. It’s a continuous-movement activity that uses the full musculature of your body.”
