The World Cup has produced a lot of memorable moments so far this year: Christian Pulsic taking one for the team, a Neymar lookalike walking around fooling everyone, former Miss Croatia Ivana Knoll flaunting the rules with her revealing outfits.
Who said the World Cup would be a disastrous failure in Qatar?! (Answer: everyone.)
Another moment that went viral during the tournament occurred when a female Wales fan popped up on the TV screens of soccer fans the world over.
It turns out that the fan in question is named Nicole Hagan and she’s there to support her reported boyfriend, Nottingham Forest full-back Neco Williams.
Hagan is one of the group of soccer WAGs who partied it up in Dubai the night before Wales was eliminated by England on Tuesday.
Joining her in the festivities, the New York Post reported, were Chris Mepham’s fiancée, Jodie Francis; Ethan Ampadu’s partner, Saara Sa; Wales midfielder Matt Smith’s fiancée, Emma; and Rebecca Naylor, the girlfriend of goalkeeper Danny Ward.
In one photo, center back Chris Mepham’s fiancée, Jodie Francis, and Ethan Ampadu’s partner, Saara Sa, are seen taking shots at what appears to be a beach club. The bikini-clad pair shared a toast near a bunch of bottles that were lined up near day beds in the sand.
Wales midfielder Matt Smith’s fiancée, Emma, documented the boozy festivities, where she posed for selfies with Jodie and Nicole Hagan, who’s linked to full-back Neco Williams. Emma also snapped a mirror selfie of herself wearing a dark-colored bikini.
In another post, one WAG attempts a cartwheel while wearing a swimsuit. She apparently clashed with a table during the stunt as others looked on and laughed.
Sadly, the Wales fan contingent will no longer be seen on the telly, as they call it over there.
On the plus side, at least for a few Wales fans, they got a pretty solid consolation prize when they ran into Ivana Knoll at NAMMOS beach club.
