It’s not the first time that Fiona Lambert has hit back against ageism, as the 60 year-old regularly encourages other older women to make the most of their bodies.
On her Tiktok page, the content creator will often share her impressive workout routines and secrets behind her ageless appearance – including HIIT sessions, high protein diets and pole fitness.
As well as looking after her body with diet and exercise, the fitness fanatic refusers to dress like a granny just because she is over sixty.
Instead, her silver hair is cropped in a youthful pixie cut which Fiona pairs with denim jumpsuits and bodycon dresses.
Unsurprisingly, her ageless sense of style has caught the eye of retailers with the 60-year-old modelling in later life.
A quick scroll through her social media and you find the sixty-something wearing a beautiful silver dress embellished with crystals and sheer paneling.
In another viral video, the older woman turned heads in a stunning midnight blue dress from Silkfred as she walked through the city streets.
Featuring a plunging neckline and wrap skirt, the dress emphasised her svelte figure as she posed for camera as she modelled for the brand.
Having worked in fashion for over 30 years with retails like M&S, Next and River Island, it’s not surprising that her love of style continues after hours.
Recently, the 60-year-old wore gorgeous backless dress as she challenged ageist stereotypes in the viral video.
With her back towards the camera, she delicately laced the evening gown while showing off her toned frame and glowing skin.
The figure hugging dress looked beautiful on the mature model, who wrote in the caption: “You can’t wear strappy dresses at 60…”
Turning to face her fans, she smiled and posed in cowl neck dress as the text read: “Yes, you can! Watch me!”
In the comments, her followers were in awe of how incredible the managing director looked, with one writing: “U look AMAZING! Wear whatever u want.”
Others agreed, with many other mature women encouraging Fiona to enjoy fashion for decades to come.
