The Camp Rock alum rolled up the long sleeves and exposed the tatted designs on their arm.
The skintight zipper jumpsuit highlighted their slimmer waist.
The jumpsuit was unzipped slightly and teased a bit of cleavage.
Demi pulled her long dark hair into a ponytail.
Exercise equipment, including dumbbells and a pro stability ball, sat in the background.
