Delilah sings about her sobriety. “In a lot of the music to come, I speak very openly about addiction and my own personal struggles that I have been going through. I don’t want to spoil those songs by giving too much away now,” she told Attitude. “The worst job I’ve ever had [though] was probably when I was working for a gin company, while realising I might need to go sober. Not a great combo.”

Delilah is a fan of board sports – including skateboarding. Here she is skateboarding on a tennis court. Skateboarding is an excellent workout that combines cardio, strength, and balance training, explains Beyond the Board. “It’s a fun way to get fit, tone muscles, and improve overall health while having a blast!”

You can also find Delilah gong for a run. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Deliliah doesn’t just sing about coffee, she drinks it! In many of her photos you can find her drinking a cup. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
