Deadpool & Wolverine Disney+ Streaming Release Date Revealed

With Deadpool & Wolverine already available on 4K UltraHD and Blu-ray, Marvel has finally revealed when the hit movie will be streaming on Disney+: November 12th.

Promoting the Disney+ debut in the franchise’s typically cheeky fashion, a handful of US sports arenas will see their bathrooms invaded by Deadpool & Wolverine over the next two days. Walls, mirrors, paper towel dispensers, and even urinals will all get a makeover to celebrate the “streaming release” (see what they did there?). Memphis’ FedEx Forum and Columbus’ Nationwide Arena will feature the campaign tonight (October 30th), while Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center will have its porcelain thrones plastered tonight and tomorrow.

In addition to the streaming release, Deadpool & Wolverine — the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time — has a number of physical and digital editions available. Beyond the 4K UltraHD and Blu-ray combo, there’s the Blu-ray and DVD packages, as well as the Steelbook Collector’s Edition containing 4K, Blu-ray, and a digital download. Digital versions are available for purchase on Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime, with the latter being the Bonus X-Ray Edition, and both Prime and Apple offering a bundle of all three Deadpool movies. Major Marvel fans might also be interested in checking out the Deadpool & Wolverine: The Art of the Movie hardcover slipcase, releasing on October 29th.

Those waiting for the Disney+ release, however, might do well to consider the Hulu/Max/Disney+ bundle ($16.99 for ad-supported tier, $29.99 for ad-free) — if not to catch D&W, then everything else Marvel is bringing to streaming over the next year. The studio has teased its TV slate in a new “Look Ahead” trailer, revealing first-look footage at a number of projects due for release between now and the end of 2025.

First is the highly anticipated Daredevil: Born Again, a continuation of the hit Netflix series now back under the proper MCU banner. With the series set to premiere on March 4th, the teaser gives us exciting glimpses of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil back in action, Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin as ruthless as ever, and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher ready to take aim.

Animation gets the spotlight next, as the long-in-the-works Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is given its first look. Featuring what seems to be a pre-Homecoming Spider-Man, the cartoon debuts January 29th, 2025. While almost none of the live-action Spidey cast reprises their roles here (Hudson Thames from What If…? voices 15-year-old Peter Parker), Cox is expected to voice Daredevil.

The seemingly-even-longer-in-the-works Ironheart is also previewed, with solid looks at Riri’s (Dominique Thorne) upgraded suit and Anthony Ramos’ villainous The Hood. That arrives June 24th, and will be followed a few weeks later by the animated Eyes of Wakanda (August 6th), which features Wakandan warriors from throughout history who travel the world tracking down stolen vibranium artifacts.

Besides Daredevil, perhaps the most exciting tease is our first look at Wonder Man, due to arrive in December 2025. The Marvel Television series stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Simon Williams, an actor/stuntperson who appears to be auditioning for the role of Wonder Man. Good thing he has his acting teacher by his side in Trevor Slattery, aka Ben Kingsley from Iron Man 3 and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
