Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that a big event is coming up in Salem, so let’s talk about what’s in store. DOOL fans can expect a Valentine’s Day wedding, which means at least one couple will plan to tie the knot on the most romantic day of the year.
Of course, the most logical option here is that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) will plan some speedy nuptials.
Days spoilers say Johnny will propose to Chanel during the week of January 15-19, so it makes sense that their remarriage is on the horizon.
Since this isn’t Chanel and Johnny’s first rodeo when it comes to tying the knot, they may not see the need for a lengthy engagement.
Days spoilers say Johnny will be eager to make Chanel his bride again ASAP, so they may throw together their wedding plans just in time for a Valentine’s Day celebration.
Naturally, that could present a good opportunity for Abe Carver (James Reynolds) to pop the question as well.
Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will soon get her biopsy results with Abe in her corner, but there may be concerns about her future following some difficult updates.
In the aftermath, Abe might decide to propose again and show Paulina that he’s all in.
That could lead to Paulina and Abe renewing their vows around the same time that Chanel and Johnny tie the knot.
It’s easy to imagine Abe and Paulina piggybacking on Johnny and Chanel’s marriage ceremony to essentially make this a double wedding. Maybe Abe could even face a memory flood at the gathering.
However, it’s also possible Paulina won’t want to steal any attention away from Chanel on her special day.
Paulina may think Chanel and Johnny deserve a chance to shine as a solo couple instead.
Regardless, Days spoilers confirm a Valentine’s Day wedding is indeed on the way.
Although Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) are starting to rebuild their relationship, they may not be ready for remarriage by then.
