Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Terrell Ransom Jr. (ex-Theo Carver) is headed back to Salem in a new role, but he’ll also portray Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) through a funny twist. Nurse Whitley King (Kim Coles) will apparently reunite Abe Carver (James Reynolds) with the wrong Theo, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, we should mention that Ransom is playing a new character named Jerry Prentiss, but many Days fans will recall when he played little Theo from 2008-2015.
Ransom is all grown up, so he’s perfect for the part Whitley needs Jerry to play.
Now that Abe knows he has a son named Theo who lives in South Africa, he’ll inevitably want to talk to him.
Abe will just keep pestering Whitley with questions if she doesn’t give him a father-son reunion.
It seems likely Jerry is just some neighbor that Whitley knows, so she might rope him into posing as Theo for a quick buck.
In other words, Terrell Ransom Jr. will get a chance to play “Theo” again – even if he’s not the real one!
On Friday, June 23, Days spoilers say Whitley will give Abe updates on some big news.
Since Whitley’s going to reveal that Abe’s son is back in Salem, it looks like Jerry will be her substitute for the actual Theo.
It should be fun to see Abe’s reaction to “Theo” aka Jerry, who’s bound to botch a few details along the way.
Whitley will no doubt coach Jerry as best as she can, but Abe may still end up suspicious and left feeling like something isn’t quite right.
If Theo and Jerry have the opportunity to cross paths later, that’d add even more humor to the situation.
It’s great that Days is letting Terrell Ransom Jr. return, so stay tuned to see a tale of two Theos and all the drama that’ll bring.
