Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso will return as Bo Brady and Hope Williams Brady when they make some big comebacks for the Beyond Salem series on Peacock.
Following the success of the first installment, Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem is getting another five-episode stint – and that means there’ll be another mystery to tackle with lots of familiar faces.
It turns out Bo and Hope will be among the returns for this second chapter.
Of course, that presents another mystery since Bo died in Hope’s arms back in 2015.
Bo supposedly passed away from a brain tumor, but any death can be undone on DOOL, especially with the help of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) and all his wild serums.
If Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) can inject EJ DiMera (Dan Fuerriegel) in the morgue and bring him back to life, anything is possible.
Many fans have been rooting for Bo’s return from the dead, so they probably won’t be too picky about how Beyond Salem chooses to explain it anyway.
This also marks Alfonso’s return to the role of Hope and presents a chance at a long-awaited “Bope” reunion.
That should be a real treat for supporters of this couple, particularly the ones who never gave up hope on seeing Bo and Hope back together.
The next Beyond Salem installment will air from July 11-15, so that should bring some summer fun to look forward to.
Although the details are being kept under wraps, the story will involve family reunions, a mysterious enemy and a journey all over the world – from Hong Kong to Monte Carlo!
In addition to Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso, there’ll be plenty of other Days stars involved – including Deidre Hall (Marlena Evans), Drake Hogestyn (John Black), Robert Scott Wilson (Ben Weston) and Victoria Konefal (Ciara Brady Weston).
Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Johnson), Stephen Nichols (Steve Johnson), Lucas Adams (Tripp Johnson), Camila Banus (Gabi Hernandez DiMera) and Remington Hoffman (Li Shin) will also be part of this exciting five-episode event.
As for Kristian Alfonso and Peter Reckell, could we see them return to the main show down the road?
That’s certainly a possibility since several other Beyond Salem comebacks are now trickling over into real Days territory.
