“I’d like to thank everyone who has been reaching out to me and my son during this devastating time,” she began before explaining why people couldn’t get through to her. “I apologize if I haven’t been answering calls, especially yesterday, but I lost my phone in the fire.”
The actress revealed she had been using a spare phone after the incident; unfortunately, the device crashed due to a lack of memory. She implored those who couldn’t communicate with her to be understanding given her plight, writing:
“So, if you were trying to reach me yesterday, my apologies. This is by far the most devastating thing that’s ever happened to me, at least with my parents; I knew it was coming.”
