Christie Brinkley couldn’t contain her excitement after a recent family reunion, sharing rare snaps with her three kids on social media.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, May 24, the 70-year-old model and actress was pictured in a kitchen, surrounded by her three children. Brinkley closed her eyes and made a chef’s kiss gesture as her adult children smiled and laughed around her.
Christie Brinkley’s daughters, Alexa Ray Joel, and Sailor Brinkley Cook, flanked their mother, each with one arm gently wrapped around her back. Her son, Jack Paris Brinkley, stood slightly behind them, his hand resting on Alexa’s shoulder.
The three women were all dressed in beige, with Brinkley and 38-year-old Alexa wearing sweaters and 25-year-old Sailor donning a hooded sweatshirt. Meanwhile, Jack, 28, opted for a black T-shirt and a backward black baseball cap.
Three additional photos Brinkley also shared in her Instagram carousel featured her posing with her daughters away from the busy kitchen. They smiled and hugged each other, capturing a moment of togetherness.
“There’s no place like… H💙ME‼️❤️❤️❤️,” Brinkley wrote in her Instagram caption. She shared that her “babies” came home for a special Mother’s Day lunch, which they celebrated by making their own pizza.
While the Parks and Recreation guest star frequently shares photos of herself and her children, this moment is unique as it captures the entire family together.
Brinkley shares her daughter Alexa with ex-husband Billy Joel and her son Jack with former spouse and real estate developer Richard Taubman. Meanwhile, she has a daughter, Sailor, with architect Peter Cook, who also adopted Jack before their divorce in 2008.
Fans React to Christie Brinkley’s Group Photo with Her Kids
Of course, fans were delighted to see Brinkley and her children cherishing a heartwarming Mother’s Day meal together. “So nice you have your loving daughters. Treasures,” one fan wrote in the comments. “What a fun bunch!”, another fan added.
“Love to see you so happy with your kids,’ a third fan chimed in.
However, not everyone was feeling the love. One sourpuss implied Brinkley’s adult children might be coddled.
“Do any of them have real jobs?”, the curmudgeon asked.
Brinkley, for her part, responded. “Yes, they all do. Mother’s Day is Sunday,” she pointed out, before adding, “Do YOU have a job?”
