Chrisean Rock’s Accuser Has Finally Demanded $1 Million In Damages

Just months after she initially filed a lawsuit against Rock, Lashala has claimed an unlimited case exceeding $35k. The hairstylist claims in her new legal filing that she suffered “assault; Battery; Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress; Negligence; Negligent Hiring, Supervision, and Retention; Premises Liability.”

She also notes that some people or groups, like the Baddies Club, have yet to be officially notified because she and her legal team need help finding where to send the notice.

Lashala asserts that even though other people or groups, like ZEUS Network Baddies Club Premier and Rock, have also been notified, they have yet to show up to deal with the situation.

The documents further note that Lashala will provide “written discovery” and “deposition of defendant” by August 2024. Meanwhile, other details like the “supplemental written discovery” and “expert discovery” will be provided according to a specific legal code or regulation.

In the context of legal proceedings, it suggests that the action or decision is in accordance with the rules or guidelines outlined in a particular legal statute.

The Lawsuit Cited Assault, Battery, And Emotional Distress

Regarding her initial lawsuit, Lashala accused Rock of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. ZEUS was sued for negligence.

She claimed she attended the premiere for the rapper’s ZEUS reality show Baddies West on January 22, 2023, where she approached Rock to “say hello and compliment her on her appearance.”

The lawsuit stated that “after discussing a prior working relationship with” the mother of one, Lashala turned around and began to walk away, until the unfathomable happened.

According to the documents obtained by Radar Online, “Suddenly, and without warning, [Chrisian] physically assaulted [Irby] and [Irby] was tackled.”

The alleged victim stated that she not only suffered physical harm but also experienced psychological damage. Due to those experiences, she allegedly incurred medical expenses.

As it turns out, Rock’s temperament has also gotten her into trouble with actress Rama Montakhabi.

The Indian-American actress filed a complaint through her lawyers, leveling five severe allegations against the mother of one and ZEUS Network, the platform responsible for the rapper’s reality series “Baddies.”

She asserted accusations of “battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and negligence” against the 23-year-old.

In the documents, Montakhabi recounted the alleged terrifying encounter with Rock that took place around June 26, 2023, at the BET Awards after-party/CMG After Party.

Though Montakhabi did not disclose all the details of the incident, she emphasized its brutality and asserted that it occurred without any provocation. Her account, as per the document obtained by The Blast, disclosed:

“Defendant CHRISEAN ROCK intentionally, willfully, and maliciously, without provocation and without the consent of Plaintiff, struck, attacked, assaulted, battered, tortured and imprisoned plaintiff.”

ZEUS Network Was Accused Of Ignoring Rock’s Supposed Unacceptable Behavior

Montakhabi cited their affiliation with Rock as the reason why ZEUS Network was brought into the fray. She contended that the individuals who caused her harm were interconnected as “employers, employees, co-conspirators, and/or agents” of one another.

Montakhabi accused the company of negligence while holding them responsible for Rock’s actions. The lawsuit emphasized that they had violated their “duty of care,” resulting in the actress suffering mental and physical harm, as well as “anguish, humiliation, and distress.”

Zeus Network is being charged with inadequate supervision of Rock and failure to alert the Iranian-American star about their client’s “dangerous propensities.” Due to the pain she endured from their alleged negligence and the rapper’s abuse, Montakhabi sought compensation for various damages.
