CARSON Daly has posted a cryptic quote to social media about outgrowing people.
The host missed a show this week and was absent in December from Today for half the month.
On Thursday, Carson, 50, shared a posted to his Instagram Story.
The first one read, “It’s okay if you…” and then listed off bullet points.
“Are not sure what’s next, heal at your own pace, get stuck in your mind for a while,” the first three points read.
“Are not where you want to be yet, outgrow people, are a work in progress,” it ended.
The second one talked about having an anxious day and surviving it because he’s gotten through the ones in the past.

CARSON’S OTHER JOB
However, Carson did promote his other current job on social media the night before.
He produces the show Barmageddon, along his ex-Voice co-star, Blake Shelton, and Lee Metzger.
Nikki Garcia hosts the show.
Carson shared a photo from the show’s Instagram page to his Story.
It featured him, Blake, Nikki, Nikki Glaser, and actor Al Madrigal.
They all stood on the set with cups in their hands, ready to play some games.
