Alt-rock outfit Brave Liaison have shared their new single, ‘Swallowed’.
The punchy new track takes a look at the troubling world around us, with its myriad of issues – climate change, pollution, war, to name a few – and asks whether we’re beyond the point of no return.
It arrives following the four-piece band’s EP ‘Will This This Hold Together?’ which was released last October.

Speaking about the track and their partnership with its producer Tom Mitchener, in creating it, the band have said:
“We felt like ‘Swallowed’ was our best work to date when we wrote the song and wanted to be sure we went into the studio with someone who grasped the song, its message and our sound as a band.
“We felt Tom Mitchener did exactly that and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We hope the world can resonate with the song like we do and take note of the reality around us.”
Having played the likes of Isle of Wight and Truck Festival last year, as well as being touted by Radio 1 as a ‘Ones To Watch’, it’s certainly a momentous time for Brave Liaison – and marks them out to be as exciting as many of the acts they themselves recommended to Rock Sound in our ‘New Discoveries’ series.
